And this is also why so many readers love the Soccer Rag, and why I have decided to come back with a slightly new look. The kinks will be worked on and ironed out over the next few days, but get ready for more soccer action, news and the best soccer tidbits that all you fans crave for.

While the downtime has been unfortunate due to the big English League Cup final that will be played on Sunday, I will work hard to start getting the site into shape as soon as possible, so that you guys will not miss out on too many soccer match reviews and live commentary bits. I would like to thank all the well wishes and fans who have voiced their support and belief in what I do and provide. I love all soccer fans, even if many of their clubs are really crap. All of us are brothers in one way or another, and while hooligans love to spew hatred both on and off the pitch, I am only here to spread the love of soccer and to make fans love the game just as passionately, but with some brains (which unfortunately, many of them lack).
